349 Studio City Single Family Homes For Sale closed escrow in 2015. The average sales price was $1,432,346. Average sales price per square foot was $575. The highest price sale sold for $3,995,000 & boasted 4 bedrooms, 6 baths and 5,598 square feet. The lowest priced home, a short sale, had 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1,260 square feet and sold for $595,000. Average days on the market for all Studio City Single Family homes was 56.

200 Studio City Condos/Townhomes closed escrow in the same time frame. The average sales price was $540,123. Average sales price per square foot was $399. The highest sales price was $969,000 for a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 1,910 square foot condo. The lowest price sale was a condo with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 700 square feet and sold for $265,000.

The Studio City Home Values News is that Studio City Homes Values are on the rise. Inventory is still low. The number of active listings in Studio City (91604) dropped by3%from the previous month. The median number of days on the market is43. This is significantly shorter than the national average.

Thirty-one Studio City Single Family Homes For Sale closed escrow from July 1 to July 30th of 2014. The average sales price was $1,631,581. Average sales price per square foot was $566. The highest price sale, (the Joseph Barbera Estate), sold for $4,950,000 & boasted 6 bedrooms, 8.5baths and 6,899 square feet. The lowest priced home had 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 917 square feet and sold for $720,000

Nineteen Studio City Condos/Townhomes closed escrow in the same time frame. The average sales price was $515,829. Average sales price per square foot was $374. The highest sales price was $865,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 1,605 square foot condo. The lowest price sale was a condo with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 750 square feet.
